Model-Informed Precision Dosing
TDMx is an educational software for model-informed precision dosing. It provides a web-based application through which clinicians, clinical pharmacists, researchers and students can apply population pharmacokinetic modelling without requiring programming or modelling expertise.
Educate to support real-world dosing decisions at the bedside, from routine patient data and TDM samples.
Simulate dosing regimens and evaluate target attainment for prospective and retrospective studies.
Illustrate the principles of TDM and Bayesian forecasting; used for teaching at several universities.
Patient covariates, dosing history and drug concentrations are entered directly in the browser; no local installation is required.
Users select from published, externally validated population PK models for the drug in question, or combine several through model averaging.
Dosing recommendations are generated probabilistically before treatment starts, or by Bayesian forecasting once TDM samples are available, both aimed at a defined PK/PD target.
Every TDMx module pairs a patient record with a library of peer-reviewed population PK models for that drug.
