What does TDMx do?
TDMx combines established pharmacometric techniques for model-informed precision dosing — probabilistic and Bayesian dosing, model averaging, dose optimisation — within a single web application. See Features for details.
Which drugs are available?
TDMx currently covers vancomycin, meropenem, piperacillin, Factor VIII, infliximab, gentamicin, tobramycin and amikacin, each with one or more published population PK models. See Applications for the full list.
Do I need to install anything?
No. TDMx is a web application and runs entirely in the browser, on desktop or mobile — a tablet or larger screen gives the most comfortable layout.
Is TDMx a certified medical device?
TDMx modules are research and educational tools, not registered medical devices — any dosing decision remains the responsibility of the treating physician. See Legal Notices.
Can I add my own drug or model?
You can adjust the parameters of an existing model yourself. Adding a new drug or population model is possible in collaboration with the developers — get in touch to discuss a research partnership.
Can TDMx connect to our electronic medical record?
Not out of the box today, but it is on the roadmap. Institution-specific integrations can be discussed on request.
Can I use TDMx for teaching?
Yes — TDMx is used in undergraduate and postgraduate TDM teaching at several universities. Contact us if you would like to use it in a course.
