The pharmacometric methods behind TDMx

TDMx combines established pharmacometric methods for model-informed precision dosing within a single web application.

Web-based, nothing to install

TDMx runs entirely in the browser as a reactive web application. Dosing history and drug measurements are visualised live, on desktop or mobile, with no local software to install or maintain.

A structured patient module

Record patient covariates, pathogen susceptibility, dosing history and TDM measurements in one place to build an individual pharmacokinetic profile.

Probabilistic (a priori) dosing

Before any concentration measurement exists, TDMx predicts a dosing regimen likely to succeed from patient covariates alone — useful for choosing the first dose.

Bayesian, TDM-informed dosing

Once concentrations are available, TDMx combines them with a published, externally-validated population PK model using Bayesian forecasting, generally considered more accurate than conventional regression-based dosing approaches.

Combine several models into a single ensemble prediction to reduce the risk of relying on any one structural model.
