New user interface for beta-lactam dosing modules

We have updated the dosing modules of meropenem and piperacillin to the latest UI version of TDMx. The user interface is now similar to the one from vancomycin and the other latest application of TDMx, and has a lot of new features:
- Upload / download data entries
- Visualisation of variability
- Adjustable dose optimisation options for intermittend and continuous infusion regimens.
- Automated model selection
